They have shipped us two damaged refrigerators in a row. We refused both of them. Now they are telling us it will take 7 days to get a new one shipped in? Really? We have four kids, two of them special needs, and a hubby disabled by a stroke. Oh, and a refrigerator full of bad food. Thanks, Lowes!
