Had an order which I was going to use curbside pickup. After 15 minutes and 10 wait-cycles to get anyone to answer I gave up. Cancelled order and now have Amazon bringing to my front door. No wonder Amazon is doing so well.
I just tried to return an unopened spool of wire purchased before CARONA hit. Honestly, I simply wanted to exchange it for a different color. Because it didn’t fall within their 90 day return policy, they wouldn’t make the exchange. I am autoimmune compromised and was not about to head into a home improvement store at the beginning of all this craziness. An exception should have been made on the basis of good costumer service. We were going to have a small deck built. Drew came out, measured everything, and he would contact the people who builds the decks. Drew told me the people who do the decks didn’t want to do it. Because they would have to drill through flagstaff, and basically didn’t care for the design. It isn’t their home, the design should not matter. Drew was very good. Great veterans discount. That's really all I need to know because as a hardware store pretty much everything it sells is a commodity.
