Horrible experience today. Terrible "customer service" (she acted like it was a total imposition for be shopping there) from Tiffani. Home Depot from now on for me!!
Horrible customer service. The store managers will lie to you. I've talked several of them about 4-5 times about an install scheduling issue and they say they will look into it and get back to me and days later nothing, I had to follow up. Then when I did get a call back it wasn't from the manager, it was a store associate with no authority to correct the issue. Their solution to our issue was to spend more money with them. Ordered a new washing machine and was promised that someone would call me between 6-9pm to give me a time window for delivery the next day. I never got a call so I called the store the next morning at 6:30am and was told there was a”glitch in the system” and that calls never went out to people. It is now 1:35 and I still never got a call with a solid delivery window. I guess you know you had a “glitch” but still don’t call your customer to apologize and let them know what’s going on? Bought a storm door on March 6 and paid for it on March 6. Door was in stock that day, but now it is March 20 and guess what, the reason I have no door is that it was out of stock, but just came in (after I called). LOL
