I purchased a washer and dryer from here on 2/17/19. They were delivered and come to find out that the dryer was a lemon and ended up not working. I called and had to rescheduled to get a replacement dryer multiple times. The most previous time my dryer went missing while waiting to be rescheduled. I got a call about it then never got a follow up call on whether they found it or had to reorder my dryer or what the reschedule date was. Terrible customer service. Searched around for a part I needed for about 30 minutes. App said they were in stock but not where they were supposed to be. Never saw an associate. Went to other sections getting other supplies, saw a couple of associates but they ran the other way or continued to play with their phones. If you are doing an online order it can be quite frustrating. The last 3 online orders I have completed were not ready when I went to pick them up. One order was done the day before and I went in at 12pm to get it and it was not ready. I was told to come back in a few hours and it will be ready. Came back at 5pm and the order was not ready. I had to pull the order myself as I need the supplies that evening. Another order I ended up pulling myself because it was not ready. The location in Frederick needs better management and scheduling.
Obviously a large store that has everything, but I came in today and needed an easy out and some other tools to go with it. A gentleman in that section helped me for 10 minutes to be sure what I got was right for the job, even opened a pair of pliers to be sure they were correct. They also honor their veteran discount every day, not just on holidays like depot. I guess my defense of this nation was on for holidays, not. Good job Lowe's.

Just walked in to get a hot water heater. Was going to walk up front to get a big cart to load it up. Sales guy walked by offered to help. Went and got cart, loaded it up, walked to cashier, walked it out the front door. Loaded it in our truck. Couldn't believe what I was seeing. WELL DONE LOWE'S!!�!!�!�
