Terrible, Terrible, Terrible....the worst Lowes I have ever seen. Congrats you have converted my $$$$ to Home Depot.
If you are looking for any remodeling projects, do not go to Lowe's! A 2 week bathroom project took over 5 months to complete primarily because Lowe's continued to deliver damaged tubs and used poor contractors. Failed to deliver any reasonable compensation. And today we find out, 2 days before the delivery of our cabinets, that the APR % we signed up for and agreed to was not correct and "nothing we can do about it". Save yourself the headache and avoid Lowe's for any remodeling projects!
Went to buy stove and refrigerator last night could not get any help ask for manager and waited for at least 20 to 25 minutes and they said the manger would be out He never came out No one would help us ..So Lowes I'm very disappointed and you just lost a sale!!!!
Don't go there expecting assistance in a timely fashion. Waited over an hour to purchase a air compressor. The lady working hardware was the only one. Took 15 min before she should assist us. From that point on I waited another 45 min for them tho retrieve what I needed from the back. They claimed they were trying to "find" it the entire time funny the men who brought it up I seen doing several other task while i was waiting.
Worst experience trying to purchase appliances. Very bad customer service. Delivery is not reliable. Try calling there and the operator keeps transferring you. No one in the appliance department picks up the phone. Save the heartache and shop at Sears or HD.
I've tried for over a month to get an estimate from Lowe's on a project. Finally gave up. I guess they didn't want my business. Went to 84 Lumber.
Every time we come to this store to get paint the guy is incredibly slow and rude. He's even made the wrong paint for us. He never dries the lid when he puts wet paint on it. He has no work ethic. We will go to home depot to get paint for now on.
