Was waiting line to talk to the guy that I need to buy a washer he skips over me goes to person that just walked up, I was telling him what needed he rudely said hold on I get back to you, excuse me I been standing here I was next to be helped, so found my washer I wanted and went customer service to buy it cause he still flirting with the girl, go today to pick it up and all help I got was loading it while three them (one then same guy skipped over me yesterday ) was joking each other never asked needed anymore help to tie ... read more
Worst experience ever! Purchased a washer and dryer was told it could take up to August 11 for them to arrive but if they got there early they would deliver. Called Saturday just to check sure enough they were in the back! Set up delivery for today. Called around noon to see if a time could be given was told it was on the truck and the delivery guy should call. Called back around 3:30 was told the same. 5:30 rolls around was getting worried so call again and was told they were never on the truck and the ticket says aug 11!!!... read more
