Too drastic in the employee cutbacks

2 registers open and lines as far as you can see. Quit going there a year ago because of this . Today I thought let me see.... same ole BS same ole excuses. Then to top it off they have the two slowest cashiers I’ve ever seen n station. If being slow was an Olympic sport these two would be Olympian’s. Let’s go Lowe’s Elizabethtown get with the program. Self check out-or bust.
Improve customer service Deliveries on time. Will not have them delivery anything again..had to wait 2 days on a fridge lousy
First counter tops failed in less than a year and it has been a nightmare dealing with your installers! Third time here to reinstall and their measurements are still off. They have caused damaged to the cabinets and to the tile! What am I supposed to do?
Why cant I review without giving even 1 star? HORRIBLE Experience at this store - we are done with Lowes forever!! I absolutely love shopping at Lowe’s especially over Home Depot, but twice now I have had issues with buying appliances and delivery. I bought a floor model that couldn’t be ordered due to out of stock item and they sold it to someone else after I purchased it. They are trying to correct the issue, but it is yet to be determined if it will be good. I love Lowes and go there regularly. I have to say when an associate tells you the tile guy who cuts tile, won't be in till 10:00am and you can't get a piece of tile cut, that you bought there, its ridiculous. They could have called a supervisor and found someone to cut that tile. My husband is way to nice, and that associate took advantage of that. Poor service today 8/18/2018
