Paid for a refrigerator 2 weeks ago was given a delivery date of 6-5. on 6-4 got call saying it wasn't going to be delivered. Went thru 2 more people before a guy named quiton asurred me he had it worked out to be delivered on the 5th. about 6 pm on the 5th called the store because hadn't shown up and was assurred it was out for delivery. never showed up. Called the 1-800 number on Sat. morning just got transfered back to the store to wendy who was supposed to be the delivery co-ordinator. Was told they didn't get the units ... read more
delivery was set and no one showed up. they just rescheduled in system, no notification at all. I checked with a wonderful home center in Big Clifty Ky.......Will save me 20% and I don't have to deal with bad service. Lowe's and Home Depot.......I will get whatever I can elsewhere.
Nothing makes me madder then buying something from Lowes and them deliver it and never show up and that is exactly what has happened today I purchased a new lawnmower Sunday they told me that it would be delivered Tuesday and they have called back to other times to confirm that it would be delivered Tuesday Tuesday is here and it didn’t show up
I would just love to give a huge thank you to Larry Quinn he works in plumbing but on his way out for the evening decided to pitch in and help us load a large fireplace that we purchased. He took his personal time to help out strangers in the cold !! We need more humans like him.
I would give them 0 stars if possible. I had a deck installed and 3 weeks and FOUR days later I noticed a quarter inch crack in a main support post. Called lowes customer service to see about having it repaired due to the 1 year warranty they offer and/or the manufacturers warranty for the material used. After waiting 3 weeks for a response just to be told it’s because I did not stain my deck after 3 weeks of installation despite being told by at least 2 other Lowe’s employees that it was too early to stain.
