Went yesterday to get wood , fir a project 12 sheets plywood 20 2 x 4 roll roofing ,several other things couldn't get help to load or help get the stuff either .....was there over an hour waiting on help .....now we are taking back cause the man who helped ga e us the wrong size plywood so mad .. I had already told man I have a hurt back oh well oxford is a no more for me
I went to Lowe's and asked for help on remodeling my bathroom, paint and flooring and got what they recommended and needless to say the plywood was not the correct to use on flooring and the paint is washing off my walls from water. So now I've got to spend more money and get the CORRECT stuff.
Have people who lie to you and they do nothing at all to help!!! Will never buy from Oxford store again.
The employees were so rude we asked for help to find an item in plumbing department and was told automatically they didn't have it, when we explained that the other lowes carry the item we were told we needed to go to that store then. Then as we proceed to check out and I asked if they could price match an item that a lowes 2 miles down the road had for a cheaper price and was told no we would be losing too much money ?!?!?
