The guy that was working in the plumbing dept last night is a joke. He had no clue about plumbing and couldn't help my wife at all. I would have went but was at work when our outdoor spigot broke. Lowe's needs to hire people that know about the dept they are in. Smh #LowesIsAjoKE
This morning, I went to the Lowe's in Oxford, AL to get some PVC pipe to make agility jumps for my dogs. Alan and Bill in the plumbing department helped me find the right size PVC and went above and beyond to cut it into the 32 pieces I needed so it could easily fit in the car. Thanks for the great service, Alan and Bill!

Terrible customer service in plumbing, the guy didn't want to help and told me he could only cut me 2 pieces of PVC piping. But its my money I guest he was to lazy to do his job or didn't understand english. So I called Home Depot while in Lowes and the lady said come we'll cut you some PVC pipe any length you need. I'll be giving Home Depot 5stars.

After being told plants were knocked over and laying on the ground by my grandmother and I they still did not pick them up. When we checked out we walked back over there and checked and they were still laying down on the ground so I picked every one up and set them right while the people working watched me and didn't offer to help or do it themselves. They should be working instead of talking about John Cena's theme song.
Posting a copy of a friends post............... So, I just carried this HUGE piece of peg board through Lowes and then out to my car....struggling most of the way. They did not have any buggies that you could haul these big boards available. Along the way, I passed multiple male employees. Most of whom looked the other way, but one did comment "That looks hard to carry." What is wrong with people these days. #chivalryisdead #shouldhavegonetohomedepot
Love this store.... Associates always there to help.... have never came in here and somebody was grumpy are not friendly...... they guarantee all their products they sell. We love Lowe's ....
