I drive a few miles out of the way to visit this Lowe's over than Anniston location, The employee's are way more knowledgeable and nicer, they have a better selection also.

Your Lowe’s employees are so nice, they always greet me walking through the door whether it’s the main entrance or garden center . Your garden area is always well stocked and clean. Great selection and prices. I also enjoy getting updates on Facebook of local sales, Great place to shop👍🏻👍🏻 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Your staff was much more helpful than the competitors in the area, and your delivery team showed up exactly when they were scheduled. We will definitely make appliance purchases here in the future. I love my new fridge!
Don’t use in store pickup! I ordered something June 7 that was to be ready in 3-7 business days. June 21 I finally got the email it was ready. Today I received a rude voicemail saying if I didn’t call them, it would be canceled because they’ve had it for so long. 🤬😡 Ridiculous.
My husband is a WAR Veteran and we were just in Lowe’s and asked for his military discount only to be told hat If he hasn’t “registered” for his veteran discount that he will not be given it! HE JS REGISTERED WITH THE GOVERNMENT! He served 19 years and 2 wars and you expect him to REGISTER with Lowe’s ? That is pathetic- and I can promise you that I will never purchase another thing from Lowe’s and I will be letting EVERY military man and woman I know and meet know what a disrespect Lowe’s has done to our US Military ! If all your employees were as knowledgeable and helpful as Karen in appliances at the Oxford store you would have much better reviews.
Hire knowledgeable helpful people. Oh yeah, ya'll fired all those people because you didn't want to pay benefits.
We ordered two vanities with tops, French door, front door, two toilets, shower and a glass shower door out of all of that one vanity was the wrong color the shower drained on the wrong end, the French door opened in the middle instead of to the side and now I find out tonight that it has a leak in it, and to top it all off the 1000.00 shower door does not work with our shower. So no I would not recommend them to anyone and I don’t plan on ever using them again we spent around 8000.00 and that is unacceptable to me.
