Visit started out a little rough but Jason Cochran a manger there was very helpful in finding an order of lumber the company I work for ordered. I know Jason personally because I worked at the store for almost 2 years. Jason Cochran and Kevin Schiller are both outstanding Lowes employees and should be rewarded for the service they provide!!!
How does a major hardware/home improvement store have a broken lumber saw for 4+ weeks? Lost my business
If I could rate this less I would. First, I wanted paint samples and the lady (apparently the only person there for paint was on break) so I waited 20 minutes for someone. No biggie. When she got there she was pissed, yelled at me for deciding to get two more samples while I was standing there and didn’t mark them, rammed the cart into my dog. Lowe's where the employees, deep, deep in conversation at either end of a large push cart won't move one inch (3 times), even though you're moving around with gutter covers sticking out the side as they just stand there watching you drive around them (3 times) I was in an electric cart. Aisle's blocked with carts and large boxes making several aisles an amusement park maze, walking or riding. We stopped in to get some PVC pipes for a project for work. We had a picture of what we wanted to make but weren't sure what to do. We took our picture to Mike who was working at Lowes and asked if he could help us. Not only did he cut the PVC pipes but he assembled everything. He was OUTSTANDING! When we were done he walked us to the cash register area where I assumed we would be assisted by another person and he gets behind the register and scans our purchases, takes our payment, and all with the best smile on his face. I stopped up to Tri County Lowe's to get some keys made. I first went to the self-serve key making machine. A Lowe's employee named Terri told me that the keys cost less and come out better quality at the spot where they get handmade by one of your employees. So I did that instead, getting better quality keys and saving money. A big Thank You to Terri for helping me out and doing it with hey smile.
Horrible customer service. The cashier out in the garden area was extremely rude
