I went to lowes to purchase a carpet and paint for my business. I searched out 3 different associates for help and all three paged someone to come and assist me. NO ONE SHOWED UP. I ask for a manager and they DIDN’T SHOW UP. I waited for over 1/2 hours for help but got TOTALLY IGNORED. My apologies to the outstanding gentleman in the Paint Department who was VERY helpful and mixed the paint I wanted but I was so MAD that I left it there. About a month ago, I was profiled by a CASHIER at Lowes in TriCounty Cincinnati Ohio. The unprofessional young man followed me to my car and yelled out my license plate number, as if to threaten me. I immediately went back into the store to let the store manager know that his employee was threatening me and then followed me back into the store while falsely accusing me of knocking over a sign. Worst experience ever. I paid $20 to have someone come to our new house and measure our windows for blinds. We waited WEEKS until they could get here. Finally they come and measure. I go back to Lowe's and pick out blinds. The guy tells me they don't need cut. I pay almost $600 and take them home. We realize, they do in fact, need cut. I take them all back to Lowe's. I typically am very pleased with the service and professionalism of the Springdale Lowe's. I've stopped in a couple of times since the lockdown, seeing measures taken to protect employees and customers (I had no problem standing outside in line waiting for my turn to go in, very much appreciating the adherence to everyone's safety). Warning to friends and family, Lowe’s will take your money and cheat you. We bought carpet in July and they installed 2 different kinds, so half was not the price or quality we paid for. They tried to sneak it in but the installers told on them. We’ve been arguing for months and they’ve done nothing.
