Sketchy at best. Too many shady people hanging around. Employees more interested in talking to each other than customers. Worst Lowes in the triad.
My son just LOVES your build and grow program! However we learned today that there will only be one in Oct then no more for a year. Is there a reason behind this???
Have used this store for years. Jackie in the garden department is very helpful.
People should NOT be allowed to bring their dogs in the store if it's not a registered service dog. Especially if they get offended when someone asks them to not let the dog touch them!
Worst. Worst. Worst place to buy a riding lawnmower. On my 3rd mower that has broken. 2 have been returned and this one just broke and I was advised I would have to pay $185 to have them come and pick it up to repair. I have had the mower less than 5 months. This is the biggest crock of s*** I have ever heard of. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I highly, highly recommended to never, never, never purchase any product from this store that requires set and delivery because it will likely not work.
Our refrigerator delivery guys were awesome! They shoveled our icy sidewalk so they could deliver our fridge. Thank you so much for hiring such great employees!!!
Moved to this side of town last month. Needless to say with a new home, I have made several trips to your store to buy things for the home. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely will be a regular shopper!
Ordered some custom vertical blinds. The staff at lowes did not help other than hand us books. Once we got the blinds (which were shipped to our home for free) they were beautiful! Impressed with the product, not as much with the in store customer service.
