Very disappointed in our experience at store # 0387 in Greensboro, NC. Purchased 48 16x16 pavers. As my wife and I were loading them into our truck, two Lowe's employees passed by to help load about 8 bags of mulch for a young gentleman. Not once did either of them offer to assist. This is not the level of service that I have come to expect from this store.
Went in to buy a new dryer. Arie provided great customer service in the appliance area at 8:30 AM! This is my regular Lowe's and I've never had a problem.
I was like many others getting plants.. Finding someone with assistance is next to impossible. Like all other places...there are a few that offer you ideas and help to make choices. But, Lowe's is nothing like it use to be! So,. just ended up going elsewhere. I hate that cause I am very close to Lowe's Improvement. There is obviously more help needed in the gardening area.
So disorganized. 4 people at customer stared at me instead of helping. Product not in store as promised will order on line with someone else next time
I told the story about my countertops...and it disappeared. Not surprised! Kind of like the whole process.
Getting frustrated had Lowes Install fence back in November. Have been trying since mid January to get them to come out and fix boards that should have never been installed. Below are just a few examples of issues of installed fence. Over 90 planks with cracks, splits or warped. 2 plus months of the 3rd party installer not returning calls, Lowes sales representative ignoring by calls and Lowes management trying to help but nothing happening.😡
