We ordered a beautiful new range from Lowe’s two weeks ago. The delivery was on time, with good communication about its delivery. Prior to the delivery we received an email asking us to let them know if anyone in our household had the coronavirus and if so, to let them know so they could reschedule the delivery. This Lowe's on Thursday scheduled delivery for today Saturday 06/06/2020 first stop would be staged and ready and delivered before noon. Right out of the Employee that states she does there delivery schedule. They scheduled it not me. curbside pickup is a failed effort. phone number listed on curbside pickup signs just ring and ring and ring and ring and ring and ring. so now we need to go inside to pick up our curbside pickup order. this is not helping, this is not keeping customers safe.
Wanted to give a MAJOR shout out to the law night crew tonight, the night before thanksgiving 2019, after my outburst for helping me out for a last minute sale after closing hours for a heater element core since they would be closed thanksgiving and I had already spent $1500 today for a deck I’m building. My mother bought a stackable washer and dryer from the Battleground store. We scheduled delivery for this Sunday 11/3. They called and informed me that they needed to deliver it on Friday, 11/1 instead. So, 3 of us rearranged our schedules to accommodate them. We are tired and we are hungry. They called this morning and said delivery would be between 4-6. It is 6:30 and the 3 of us have been sitting here waiting for 2 1/2 hours. It’s almost dark. I am livid!!!
We purchased a toilet yesterday from Lowe's and when we brought it home it was all broken, we should have gone with our gut instinct and not purchased it since we noticed that all the other boxes looked like they were returned and or openned and marked missing seat and they just looked like they shouldn't have put those problemed toilet's there for resale.
