Bought a fridge that was on sale. When it was delivered, it was a used one, not in a box with scratches and a dent. Even the delivery men noticed and asked me if I bought it as new or 'as is.' They left me the fridge and said they would deliver a new one. I went to the store and spoke with the manager. He assured me that they would take care of it. That was last week. No word so far. At least a call for an expected delivery date would be nice. Just called them....gotta a delivery date for next week. I'm good.
I sat home today waiting for a delivery for almost 8 hours. I finally call the store to check on the status of my delivery, only to find out that my delivery date was changed to 12/6 because product was unavailable. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL AND TELL ME. SO I LOST A WHOLE DAY'S PAY FOR NOTHING!.
Great people and service. It does get busy sometimes. Gotta be patient for great service like this�
This customer for life is GONE due to totally screwed up fence and gate installation. Design fail under warranty now in 7th week of promised fix. Unprofessional doesn't begin to compensate avoidable issues.

Very happy with my experience with Loui in the paint department. I was very timid about taking on painting our shutters but she got me on the right track with paint & how to paint them. She was so knowledgeable. I've never had that kind of service from any prior associate. My shutters turned out perfect. Both the paint and color were perfect.
I would give less than one star if that was a choice. Window purchase and installation has been a nightmare!
