We went there to get an outdoor carpet, we have purchased all of our appliances there in the last year. When we parked this girl sitting on a forklift started yelling at us and pointing at us. As it turns out they were using part of the parking lot for a loading zone. Well were parked two or three spaces away from the makeshift sign they had put up but I guess that wasn't good enough so we moved. I go to this location often but last night came in looking for a shower part and the department employee didn't even bother to suggest alternative solutions, just said nope don't have anything like that. Well went to Home Depot and their employee helped me out and found a solution for what I needed. In the days of where companies are looking to save a buck at the cost of experience and professionalism, companies should think about the customer going somewhere else to get trust worthy advise on the products they sell.
