Been trying to reach someone regarding having $7K worth of appliances delivered. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Going to Home Depot.
One of your Lowe’s drivers backed into our tree and broke off quite a few branches during a delivery and the store he was delivering from basically said “ sorry about that” , we will be taking our money to Home Depot from now on since this is the second big issue we have had with Lowe’s in the past 12 months.
Lowe’s Westchester Ohio DOES NOT GIVE A SENIORS DISCOUNT 😤. While social security gets cut. Cost of living increases. Everyone helps seniors. BUT NOT LOWE’S !

We purchased a refrigerator at lowes. We waited two weeks for delivery. They literally changed our delivery time 7 times. When we finally got the fridge, the guys would not hook up the existing waterline. There was tape stuck all over the new fridge. And it was filthy with black gunk all over it. The delivery guys said it was last delivery of the day and could not get out of my house fast enough. Worst experience i have ever had. Warning to friends and family, Lowe’s will take your money and cheat you. We bought carpet in July and they installed 2 different kinds, so half was not the price or quality we paid for. They tried to sneak it in but the installers told on them. We’ve been arguing for months and they’ve done nothing. Worked at this location for 8 years, Ross new store manager came in 2017 seemed overwhelmed and lacked ability to lead staff. Upon my exit interview as I️ found workplace hostile, he proceeded to go on a Jewish bashing rant then continued to explain why only African Americans in store to steal all in front of store HR manager. So happy to be away from such a horrible person and great new job outside Lowe’s.
