Cutting back employees hours is not a way to have good customer service. Nothing is more frustrating than talking to an individual that is from a different department and don't have a clue about the product you are asking about, all because they are covering a shift. Calling and being put on hold (through the automated system) for 15 minutes and still not having my call answered is ridiculous, just to arrive at the customer service desk and find only 1 person there behind the desk juggling it all. Took me 2 hrs to get a grill and paint today, it took the guy in lawn and garden 45 mins to get the grill I wanted then I stood in the paint department for for an hour and 10 mins, 20 customers at the paint desk and one guy work on everyone's orders and mixed my color in the wrong paint, while there were 4 employees standing and chatting at the return desk like there was noyhing going on around them and the manager on duty was walking around like he was lost......ridiculous! Have been trying to get our water heater replaced ever since we found it was leaking over a week ago. It is 3 years old and has a 6 year warranty...and we have a extended warrant of 5 years. Have spoke to various people, both from Lowes and Whirlpool and still do not have a date scheduled to be replaced. Jumping through hoops and Very upset! Can you say Customers Service.
Have been treated very well there! When I have needed to return things they've done that without complications.
Had a great Christmas tree shopping experience! Young man named Tannar was very helpful in our search and provided great service! We will definitely keep coming back!
