I went in to lowes needing a new pull cord for my push mower and had no clue where to start looking when a very nice employee named Dawn showed me where to go and found the pull cord for me, I then had no clue how to take the thing a park to get the broken pull cord off and the new one on so two more great employees named Landon and Kyle helped me out, they made it look so easy lol, This was by far the best costumer service I have ever gotten in any store , Thank you guys so much your awesome
After high recommendations of the Samsung Dryer I spent a fortune on. Nothing but issues. Lowe's technitions replaced the heating element 3 times and it is now going out again. The customer service in both the stores and over the phone are horrendous. I am taking this dryer to the dump and spending my 1000.00 elsewhere.
And my saga with Lowe’s continues. Still no washing machine and it’s been since December 11th!! I work from home on Monday so that I can meet the repair person, they call and tell me they aren’t coming because they’ve been here too many times. I get a call after going to the store Monday that they will be here between 1-5pm today. I leave work to come home and they call me to tell me they are ordering parts and it will be another 3-5 business days for parts to arrive and then the same amount of days to get here to install it... read more
What would have been a 5 star experience is now dropping to a 2 star, maybe lower. I bought a refrigerator Saturday, delivered on Sunday. They were there timely, delivered the product, hooked it up, and gave me instructions on the ice maker. 24 hours later no ice. When I called for the service depart. They only service mon thru fri 8 -4. I work 8 to 5 and I am 40 minutes from home. They do offer limited Saturdays, but I will be unavailable this coming Saturday. So we are 2 weeks out in order to get fixed.
Very disappointed. We bought 3 gallons of paint there yesterday. The paint itself is horrible. 2 are not open. I called to see if I could bring them back and get a higher grade paint. (Which I would pay the difference) I was told the could not do anything for me. I have sent over$300.00 there the last few days but we will not be shopping there again.
Standing here at customer service for 10 plus minutes with 4 reps in front of me. None are helping.
