We are normally very big fans of Lowe's, my fiance has a Lowe's card and frequents the store for his job. However, recently we had a terrible experience with Middletown Lowe's that will cause us to shop elsewhere. On May 7th I ordered a grill for a Father's Day present. It took longer than I wanted, so I bought something else instead. The email and website state the order cancels after 7 days. Terrible experience!! We spent over $4500 for hardwood floor, and expected it would deliver on time. We scheduled it for one week to ask Lowe’s preparation. One day before the delivery, they call me said it will be delivered the next day and told me to wait for it. On the day, no show up, no phone calls, no explanation. We tried to find the manager, never showed either. After several times called Lowe’s, finally they told me they couldn’t find a truck for the delivery. went and payed for 22 section of privacy fence 8/22 and they set it up to be delivered the next day and that was my day off from work so I was super excited about that so I was up at 7am and waited for them to call my cell phone for a time they would be there I called at noon and the lady said it was on the truck to be delivered today well I called back at 6 pm to see what was going on and she was going to call them to find out what was going on then a gentleman guy on the phone and said they didn't have it in stock and that... read more

No one pays attention to the customers. The music at the checkout counter is loud enough, that management can’t hear all the differ departments that have customers requesting assistance.

Went to Lowe’s 2016 paid for a refrigerator the one they brought me did not work so sent me another one paid 3000.00 for it and warranty 2017 went to the ice maker start melting everything in freezer part is thawed out so they send someone to fix it and it does ok till 2018 in Aug does the same thing all the food is ruined they send some one out but it starts back up. Very disappointed...Husband went to Lowe's to buy GE Range listed for sale at 349.00, Was told they had none in stock and they wouldn't be getting anymore. So he picked the comparable Whirlpool. Same story. But you folks were more than happy to try to sell us the more expensive ones. Typical bait and switch. Last time I ever shop at any Lowe's since no one was willing to work with us.

Warning to friends and family, Lowe’s will take your money and cheat you. We bought carpet in July and they installed 2 different kinds, so half was not the price or quality we paid for. They tried to sneak it in but the installers told on them. We’ve been arguing for months and they’ve done nothing.
