Just awful! Waited and waited for someone to help me with two 60 lb bags of mortar. No red vest in sight. Also, ordered 600 floor tile; we waited two months for that - after we paid for it. My husband and I, when not in a hurry, will gladly drive out of our way to shop Home Depot
Customer service and this location continues to deteriorate. I hope you keep the good employees who are left like your ASM-Tim, Alice & Linda at the service desk. The newer employees are not friendly, not knowledgeable, and make interactions frustrating to say the least.
Placed order online which was very nice and easy. However when I got to the store to pickup my order....everyone was clueless and couldn't find my order. Found out it was not processed by their system. After a lengthy wait, I asked someone to help me load my item. After calling several people he told me he "might" help me if he was not busy. I thought.....hhmmm ok. Eventually 2 young guys helped me load it and I went on my way. Not a great experience at all.
Oh, only the worst customer service I've ever experienced in. My. Life. They have messed up our delivery day, BY A WEEK. Said they would "try" to get it out on Fri., we called and talked to the manager 4-5 times, then was told "they would call us in the morning" . They came never did. We called them 4 times (and I called as well) Saturday AFTERNOON. finally they said well it's in the back of the truck so there no way to get your stuff out until the last stop of the day.
