I placed an almost $800 for order for delivery to my house. This is probably the 10th order I have placed with Lowes for delivery and as expected I received a call setting the time for today between 9-11AM. I scheduled my carpenter for tomorrow morning and took the morning off from work to meet the truck based on the delivery call. NOW, the store calls me and says sorry but we cannot deliver until Monday as the call never should have gone out (our ONLY driver is on vacation). SO NOW who is paying for my carpenter and my time... read more
