Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased a Pella storm door from here on 9/16/17, however it was out of stock at the time. Spoke with Lowes service installation professional and he was aware of circumstances. Door came back into stock 9/27. I was NEVER notified of the door coming back in stock. When finally reaching out to Lowes installation regarding the door, I was told they have a full schedule and could not fit me in. ZERO STARS.
It took forever to get help even though there were many employees walking around, then had a hard time getting help to get a toilet to a register & out to my car....your employees need to be retrained to be more willing to help customers then to hide from them!
After 3 attempts for an associate to find what i was looking for an being told they dont have what i was looking for i just took the time to find everything myself and i did.
Went in to buy several large items. No one around to help. Walked to the other end of the store to be told to go back and look for someone back where I started. Did that, no on there. Stopped another employee a couple of aisles down to be told the same thing. I was like cant you page someone and tell them that I need help on aisle One? I left my full carriage and screw what else I need, I'm going somewhere else. Btw only 1 register open at 6:30 on the Thursday
Rude service, rude people. Asking someone about a tile price and he gave me the wrong amount and was very rude.
This is a shout out to your employee Taylor Thomas who stopped on route 95 in the rain when I had a flat tire. together we both changed my flat before the AAA guy even got there. thank you Taylor, and you guys are lucky to be working with him!
GLAD HOME DEPOT IS ONLY 8 MINUTES AWAY Between the customers I have that I tell to buy all their materials from this store and all the work I do to my own house I spend at least 40 to 50 grand a year there which isn't much compared to most but it's good enough to where you would think they would help you out and they don't their staff in customer service is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE I went to pick up a tub and they made me wait 45 minutes and the only reason it wasn't longer was cause at the 40 minute mark I asked what was ... read more
