Went to Lowes to purchase a new gas grill. They had a 20% off the grill I wanted if you open and use new Lowes charge. We asked customer service person (her name is Cathy) if we could get discount if we use Lowes charge. She said no. Based on her tone, my husband asked if she cared if they lost a customer. I orded my washier and dryer and got a delivery date of 7/6. 7/7 I still haven't received my delivery i called dilevery department are out of the store at 2 pm everyday that's just sweet. I talked to appliance department manager she told me they changed my delivery date to the 12th on sunday. no call didnt rescheduled that day already missed a day for this crap I regret this purchase already
If the requirement is to wear masks to enter the facilities, I would suggest your workers set the example. Those who cannot wear masks due to medical reasons should be delegated to non cashier roles where they do not have to come in contact with the vast majority of customers

Today morning I stopped by at the garden center. The lady employee (I wish I knew her name!) was so helpful and kind. My daughter said that she wants to go to Lowe’s every time :). She really understands plants and customer service. I was so happy to buy orchid soil and fertilizer. The employees at the customer service desk can really learn from her. The customer service employees were very rude.
Great store shop there all the time.
I was very impressed with Tammy Brown, store manager. She was very helpful when several things went wrong with my French door! THANK YOU Tammy! Door is beautiful.😃
