North Smithfield Lowe’s is horrible. I had issues with a manager. I was trying to get some help finally the manager was walking over and I heard him say that me see what these fricken people want. I was trying to buy a shower stall shower door and toilet. Now I picked up 3 nest thermostats 2 are working fine 1 stopped working. I had gotten rid of 2 of the box’s. 15 MINUTES WAITING FOR HELP WITH A LIGHT....TOLD ONE GUY I NEEDED HELP...OK I'LL GET SOMEONE. 15 MINUTES..LOT'S OF IDIOTS WALKED BY WITH LOWES APRONS ON...NONE STOPPED TO HELP! THE PATCH ON YOUR APRONS SHOULD SAY LOUSY, NOT LOWES! WASN'T EVEN BUSY. ONE GUY MOVED THE SAME CARRIAGE 4 TIMES BACK AND FORTH TO LOOK BUSY. STORE SUCKS! WENT TO THE "LITTLE GUY" AND GOT HELP INSTANTLY. PAID A WHOLE $3 MORE...WELL WORTH IT...NEVER GOING BACK....CHECK YOUR HELP LOWES...THEY SUCK!
I have been calling the store to get pricing on some counter tops. First I called around 11:30 am and got the service desk and then asked me to hold while they transfer me to that department. Phone rings and rings then goes back to the service desk then just keep doing the same thing like 6 times. So I gave up . I tried again around 3pm same thing again. Not very impressed with there service. Guess they don’t want to sell counter tops . Gonna have to go to Home Depot
Spent 1/2 an hour walking around cabinets asked an associate where was the cabinet associate he said "look for paul" well Paul clearly wasn't around was gonna buy cabinets and counter tops you lost out on a good sale well home depot is now getting my money awful service
