Enuff is enuff with this place...never anyone to help you , n when they do , ur still just as confused as b4 u asked ...Ya go2Home Depot , yavhav multitudes of people asking to help..and they assist you by actually walkin you to what ur lookin for...i bought deck hinges at Lowes in july.mlast box on shelf...went bak week later for more n shelf not restocked..so i ask employee for assistance n he says he cant help me as its not his dept...but he told me if i grab a ladder from ladder section , i can grab myself , but he knows... read more
Every since I moved to Warwick 6 months ago, this has been my place for my home renovations and upgrades. This place is amazing and there is Good Customer Service. The manager Kevin introduced himself, which I believe is impressive, and is very helpful. He goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I recently purchased a new fridge, stove and dishwasher from Lowe's. When paying, I asked if my current appliances could go into my garage as my friend was going to take them. They said not a problem. When the delivery guys came they said they weren't moving the items and if they were it was going in to their truck. Excellent customer services?
