The incompetent follow up in the store regarding deliveries and the miscommunication between the two!
My daughter wanted to paint her bedroom so we stopped in Lowes around closing time, and the man who helped us was very nice , helpful and answered all our questions in a kind and patient manner and does a great job at mixing and matching the colors. 1/29/2020 at Greenwich ave, I was impressed with the customer service in the store .
Keep in mind they asked me for this review. On Veterans Day, Sunday(observed) I asked to put in my “My Lowe’s” ID (my phone #) to get my 10% military discount and the cashier looks at me and says, “I’m sorry sir, I already hit total, it’s too late for me to do anything about it.”... What!?!? Never mind That I earned that discount with ten years of my life, but on the one day a year it’s supposed to be all about that sacrifice, to not even offer to call the manager over or anything, just dismiss me off handedly? The employees who work the garden area are awesome. The employees who work INSIDE the store.....not so much. You lost a $400 plus microwave sale tonight. Your appliance employee was obnoxiously rude. I'm guessing the people he was "helping" before rudely telling us we were going to have a long wait, thought so too because we saw them again about ten minutes later at the Quaker Lane Lowe's. I went to the customer service desk to ask where to find what I needed.. I stood there for 15 solid minutes without the woman behind the desk even acknowledging me...I went to the department that I thought should have what I needed & waited there with another customer who had already been waiting, also without acknowledgment...we chatted & called the store we were standing in to ask that an associate be sent to that department....no one ever came...I felt like I was in a bad commercial... after waiting more than 45 minutes i... read more
so many reasons overnight crews get blamed for everything
Lowe’s has the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. After 7 months my kitchen installation still isn’t complete and they refuse to return my phone calls or credit me for items that I’ve paid for but never received. If you are thinking of having a project done by Lowe’s run!! Unfortunately I have decided to hire an attorney because the way they treat people after you pay for goods and services is terrible. Justice needs to be served. This company is lacking integrity and quality of service.
