This store lacks customer service / cashiers / front end service. I always try to shop South Attleboro over this location whenever possible.
the service at the Seekonk location is terrible. I asked for assistance at the service desk and spent 20 minutes waiting for help.
We went to look at stoves. There were two employees in the department. One helping a customer. The other was standing with his in his pockets looking at what appeared to be the internet. I took his pic ignoring us. We left and are going to buy from a local guy. I’m not looking to get anyone fired I’m just disgusted with the lack of customer service. It was no better at Best Buy!
Disappointed. Went there and ordered blinds. The guy came the next day and measured my windows, I was told 2 to 3 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing. I called them, they said they did not receive the measurements. I called the guy that measured them. He said he would resend them. I called a couple days later. They still have not received them. Needless to say I cancelled my order and I will not shop there anymore.....
