Terrible customer service. Repeated inaccurate re-orders on special items. No compensation for arrival of damaged items. Stay away.
Working in this industry for over 40 years I cannot recall such a travesty, insult, numbing sensation purchasing a 1 gallon pail of joint compound for (with tax) $19.10

Nobody knows what they are doing in this place. I was told a saw was on sale for $129 by customer service, I had a picture from a few days before with the tag as $299 but the tag on this visit said $519 and was told it was out of stock, so I went home. I went back the next day to look for the same saw, and saw they had it in stock, still labeled for $519, though. One of my favorite places to go! Always helpful and the staff is kind.
I shopped at Lowe’s un Dartmouth Ma for 10 years and never had a problem or feel mistreated.... however we but moved to Seekonk and now we shop at the lowes in seekonk.. had a few bad experiences at this store but today was the worst ever, I felt so discriminated by a store manager who ignored my problem that I was trying to get fixed, I was mistreated and she called me a liar when I was trying to explain about a purchase that I did Sunday using a lowes card and she was trying to forcing me to say that was a store credit car... read more
