Will never buy my appliances from them again paid over 2000 on a full kitchen update and after telling us it was free delivery and installation when they delivered our appliances they said could only install stove and refrigerator called to talk to manager and found out it was new guy who helped us and told us wrong information and the manager still couldn’t compensate us for the negleigence of wrong information on installation and was no help at all so my husband got stuck installing by his self
I miss this Lowes. Moved out of the area, and all other Lowes stores seem to be horrible. But I had dozens of excellent experiences here. Wonderful store. Wonderful staff. Please keep doing what you're doing!
My sister and I was at the Pace, Fl location yesterday to buy wood. They were not busy at all. All standing around. My sister and I loaded the wood to take to the register. Pushed it to the truck, and 2 male Lowe's employees watched as we unloaded 60 slabs of wood onto the truck. Bunch of sorry a$$ employees �
I am very disappointed in the service we have received in ordering and installing our custom window blinds. Mistakes in measuring our initial order has taken several months to fix! Numerous phone calls and we STILL don't have an appointment for re-install of the blinds that should have been ordered correctly to begin with. This project has taken way longer than it ever should have. The lack of communication and confusion on the part of your service reps is unacceptable.
