Want to give a shout out to Diane in the appliance department. My daughters refrigerator went out this am so she was looking to buy. After Home Depot told us they don’t keep them in stock, we headed to Lowe’s and Diane hooked her up! Had one in stock and they are making a delivery tomorrow!!!

Deborah in appliances was so very helpful. when the other young man wanted to move on, after pointing us in a general direction, we were left confused. She came over , took the time to listen then helped us by giving us information on sizes and warranties. Even checking in the back to see if she had a clearance item in stock. She went above and beyond and earned her sale! Thank you Deborah.
I purchased my washing machine in Tuesday of this week. They said they could not deliver a washing machine that they had in stock until Friday. My window of delivery was 11:30-1:30. At 1:30 I received a phone call and said that they had just noticed a dent in my washer. They said that it would be delivered the next day and the Windows were 2-4 and 3-5. Lowes installed 20 now leaking hurricane windows over 5 months ago. Installers admit that they sealed windows to the vinyl siding instead of the underlying waterproofing layer but LOWES still investigating while my house gets damaged with every rain. https://youtu.be/kBGkQlZUELE Below shows my house with plastic flapping in the wind. don't go to this store if you expect to get even decent service cause it won't happen!! Went there today to get a estimate on getting the floor in a bedroom redone and wanted their prime tile and the person that we finally found to ask about it wouldn't do anything. All I wanted was a written estimate on the product and installation so that i could compare prices around town.
