There delivery service is absolutely horrible. Ordered 25 fence panels that were susposed to be delivered On the 27th and was rescheduled for today (without our knowledgeof it being rescheduled)No phone call no email absolutely nothing, but there site says they were delivered Friday. I have had nothing but issues with this order. I will never order from them again.
What a terrible store! They lack in customer service when it comes to their customers. I will NEVER shop here again. Home Depot all the way.
I've needed some special cuts but their saw has been "out of service" for quite some time now. Made me discover Home Depot. Sorry Lowe's.
Ordered an item online, they called me and told me that if i dont pick up within 4 hours they will put back on the shelf...so if you order online you have 4 hours to pick up, home depot gives you 7 days
There delivery service is not good. I payed for a chainsaw that was supposed to be received within 1-4 days it is now on day 8 and still no product but they sure did take my money. Shop Home Depot.
What a fiasco trying to order a washer and dryer.... first set I ordered they called after I left the store and said ooops we can’t get the dryer you ordered and paid for after all and don’t know when or if we will be able to. I cancelled that order, cause who wants a mismatched set?! Go back to store, order different brand. Different brand shows up, not the right set... they ordered a top loading not a front loader. Curbside pickup takes too long. Employee needs an attitude adjustment. Waited 45 minutes for 1 piece of plywood and 3 boards. Had to call again and it took over 15 rings to get someone to answer each time. The lady was friendly but the man was a smart mouth and unfriendly. Last trip there for me.

Paint dept. personnel worst in the world. I asked for a phone number to send a paint color to for mixing. She snorted back,”I don’t give out my personal phone number”! Store manager didn’t care just made excuses. Sherwin Williams worked just fine.
