Just spent several minutes at the return desk to return a product that wasn't the correct one. Was then going to purchase the correct item. Was never even acknowledged. Guess I'll go get what I need at Home Depot and return the other one to Lowe's later.
Where has customer service gone. Certainly not with this place. Bought a weed eater new at the first of the summer. Now it doesn't work and I have to have the receipt for any help. Troy Built, the manufacturer, is not any better. What a joke.
