Stopped in to buy a couple hundred dollars worth of lighting and wall organization material.... NOT ONE EMPLOYEE could be found on the floor, after searching for 20 minutes I stumbled on 6 female employees huddled in the back talking to themselves. One finally acknowledged me but had no idea how to help and would not ask for help from her associates. I left with my money in my wallet. I honestly do not know how lowes is still in business with this complete lack of customer service.
Since Lowe's does not offer an email contact, I am forced to write a negative review here, which I hate doing. We moved into our home less than 4 years ago. We bought all new light fixtures including 5 ceiling fans. I was reluctant to buy the brand only carried at Lowe's but the style fit. Unfortunately, every single fan sounds like a can opener now.
