My recent visit to the Lowe's over there on Eastern and Russell was good I went for a water heater and I was actually held by the manager does guy name Raynaldo Ray he help me pick out the perfect water heater that was on sale I really like that he was looking out for me dollarwise Anna tells a lot coming from a manager

Horrible customer service! I visited the CS desk to find out whether or not I purchased insurance for a refrigerator I bought and the girl at the counter told me and I quote " well you're going to have to call the Lowe's credit card so that they can tell you" didn't even try to help me or look me up! same type of service I received from the Lowe's at Centennial. I see now that this is the type of service you can expect from most of the Lowe's stores. I will be closing my credit card with Lowe's and never shop here again. The... read more
I don't have a lot of money since I have been unable to find a job, but I believe in helping other when I can so if I need to get rid of things that are useful I give to charity. This time we had already broke piggy bank but I needed a box to get the books, clothes and pots and pans to donate. After an unpleasant experience at BCF on Eastern over a box I nervously went to your store. They were so nice and put me at ease immediately. I got my box and now some people who need it will get things they need, thank you.
