The paint dept, is not run well. I recently went and the rep saw me but did not leave her computer to ask if I needed assistance. I had to push "help needed" button. She had to walk over to silence the PA and since I stood there she could not avoid to ask if I needed help! Really?! Then on another occasion they mixed me the wrong sample paint even so I repeated the name several times.
