Beware of staff very confrontational manager worthless would never shop here ever again, used to shop every day will never return again to any Lowe’s hope they go out of business!!!!!! The manager on duty Friday at 8 AM needs to be fired, was confrontational right out of the gate soon as I came to him with the complaint good job! Thank God Home Depot’s not too far away! With corporations closing every day I hope this one is next!
Disorganized and zero customer service. Lowes on Craig and Jones is a pathetic example of a home improvement store.
The store has a issue with a guy in a maroon Mohawk approaching others in the bathroom looking for sex.. Driving a dark colored Chevrolet double cab truck along with another shorter fat guy wearing a leather jacket.. Short fat guy was shoplifting in the store as well.. While leaving the store the two of them snapped some mirrors off a car in the parking lot.. Might want to keep a watch out for the two dirty sexual predators..

We were looking for an item not carried in the store. Carmelita offered assistance and was so nice and helpful. She ordered our item online for us while we were at the store. She is a fabulous employee. ��
Went to Lowe's to pick up some packing supplies because I had a gift card. The card covered all but one penny... yes, $0.01. I asked if I could run out to my car to get a penny, I was told no, so I had to slide my debit card. I also asked if I could let the person behind me go so I could run to my car real quick, I was told no because they had already swiped the gift card. I laughed it off, but I'll never go to Lowe's again. I'm not saying it was a racial thing, but if that's their policy, I'll gladly shop elsewhere. Anyway,... read more
