How disappointing that a Company that is supposed to be reputable (the reason we chose to go there) would treat an 81 year old customer so horribly. Bought a $1,500. refrigerator Lowe’s uses contractors to come and deliver and install it. They were supposed to connect the ice maker and cut the copper wire. They did something wrong and it leaked, having wood flooring you can imagine the damage water will do as it seeps into the floor. I was in the store located at Craig and Jones in Las Vegas NV on 8/30/2020 @ 3pm. I asked the employee in hardware a question about hinges. He answered my question. He then asked what I was making. I told him and he started laughing and said it would never work, it would tip over. He told me he wants to see a picture of because it won't work. Well, it did work. It didn't fall over. I cannot believe that during this time of mandatory closing y'all are running a spring sale! The store is slammed with families that are buying plants and paint to do home improvement projects. I feel sorry for your staff. I will never shop here again.
I was looking for the Chrome refrigerator and stove but the price was still pricey I wait a couple more months
