I was having a few difficulties with communication when ordering my carpet, however Annie Lenigar an associate who works for Lowe's in Alliance was outstanding, she went out of her way to make the experience a positive one. She was so friendly, very motivated and represented Lowe's well. I will definitely use Annie again when ordering any flooring. She knows her products well. Lowe's has a great team player. I am very dissatisfied with their veteran policy. I called today and was told policy changed and no longer honors regular Veterans....only honors....Disabled Veterans, current, and retired with 30 years service from the military. They will not get our business again. They just up and change the policy about a year or so ago. it's only 10% but when you have a big purchase 10% could be alot.
I have bought my last major purchase from Lowes. There is not one single thing that has gone as promised. I have had problems with everything I have purchased from them this past year. On the 2nd I bought a dishwasher. It wasn't in stock but I wasn't in a hurry so I ordered it. It was free installation with a rebate which they couldn't find for over 30 minutes. Makes no sense! Purchased faucet from Lowes & used their installation service with guarantee. After 3 months, sink starts leaking & now we're told they do not carry American Standard parts & we must contact them--American Standard-- directly....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We specifically used your services to alleviate a hassle & a hassle is what we ended up with. WHY would Lowes sell & install faucets their independent contractors cannot fix?
