I usually get assistance with what I am searching for when I go to Lowe's and that is very helpful. 🛒 One thing that bothers me, is that I got an email a couple of days ago advertising "PRO SPRING Black Friday" sale deals coming up. I am very surprised, because there is a difference between "Good Friday" and Black Friday, one of them is a Holy day to be recognized 2 days before Easter. Just a heads up to anybody who buys kobalt tools from lowes because of the lifetime warranty. Lowes is no longer honoring this warranty which means u can no longer replace the tools you bought from them under the 100%back no hassle no questions asked lifetime guarantee. I tried to exchange some stuff today and basically told me I'm shit out of luck even though if you go on kobalts website the 100% guarantee is still there poor service from lowes and I was treated poorly by customer service wouldn't even try to help me got ve... read more

We went in to buy three major appliances. We could t get waited on even after pressing help button two times. So I go up to counter and another couple was asking help for same section and at least three people were at customer service goofing off!! So I tried to call about five mins after leaving , which was 838 pm and they switched phones over to closed!! They don't close til nine. If no one will be available after 830 then close at 830. You missed out on major purchases.
Would you please get in stock the black landscape edging I was told would be ordered. Been checking for 3 weeks now. You have gray/brown and green. I need black.
Very disrespectful to staff. They don't care if you have a family .
