We ordered a sliding glass door on Sept 25....paid in full.....NO communication since!! We've called twice and they assured us each time it will be in in one week......today we are cancelling and now they do not want to give us our money back!! Absolutely done with Lowe's and caution anyone considering them!! Do Not purchase products from Alliance Ohio Lowe's!!!

Just purchased my 2nd Appliance Suite .Deb in appliances gave us the biggest attitude and was very rude. best part management knows how she is and doesnt care. I wont go back to the Alliance store. They need to show respect to the customer and demand good,no excellent, customer service from each employee. Starting a purchase with Ttskand a huge sigh is never a way to start a purchase. Customer service was terrible
Don't let Lowe's touch your roof. Windows, maybe, if Ty's still doing them.
