DO NOT EVER USE LOWE’S FOR FENCE INSTALLATION! Save yourself the time, energy, and money and get your fence done by actual professionals. Alliance Ohio Lowe’s is using what I think is a fake installer called D Fence and our experience has been hell since the beginning of July. Excuse after excuse and NO ONE communicates with us. RecommendedSo today I went to Lowe’s to purchase an item they have an item I got home open the box and the item had some cosmetic damage to it so call the store and ask them if they had any more because the items had some damage on it they said that they had it but then they went and looked and stopped in they didn’t have it and that they weren’t ordering anymore so they either said that they could get me a discounted price on the item since it still works just doesn’t look the best or return the item for full refund. I do not recommend Lowe's in Alliance Ohio. The workers are not knowledgeable or helpful at all. They are designed to take your money, stock shelves and clean up carts. I will drive from alliance to Massilon just to avoid them. Or, I will drive to Home Depot in Salem. Yes, it's that bad.
