Shoddy merchandise, poor customer service, don’t honor their purchase plans
Very disappointed. Lowe's send somebody out to quote installation of tile around our fireplace. The person that came out couldn't answer the most basic questions. Now two weeks later I had to call Lowe's again to see if they have a price.... NOPE! Turns out they can't do the work. It is too detailed and is worried that they can't match the level of the fireplace. What a waste of two weeks! Lowe's if you are going to sub out work, you should do a much better job to qualify the people/company that are representing you.
They say they strive for customer service; but if your project is over 90 days don't count on being able to return the product that you didn't use
