Recommendedsearched virtually every local appliance store in grand rapids for a gas clothes dryer, and they all had a back order til December. doesn't do me much good when our old dryer quit working. went to this Lowe's store, they had 9 of the dryer that I need, coming out in 2 days to install it, and, I needed a vent reducer, so I checked the " other guys" for one, but, no one had one...except lowes... for better or worse, you've got my business from now on!!

Horrible customer service dirty store. Feces on toilets
Before making a trip to Lowe's in Grand Rapids, I called the store to make sure they had what I needed. I waited 20 minutes on the phone (which is perfectly fine) and I was told that they HAD what I needed. I arrive and ask for help to locate the item I needed. Again, I waited 20 minutes to be told they didn't have the item I needed. Sadly, I made a long trip to the store to basically be told they didn't have what I needed. (Two thumbs down for that experience)

Incident / confrontation on 03/24/19 during a return caused by defective product. 3 different SKUs on original order. Return / CS employee named "Karen" and another named "Michelle" who identified herself as the Store Manager on Duty. Both lied face to face refusing to accept a return for $3 worth of Lowe's product. Both assured me repeatedly they were 100% certain of their position. Again, both lied about several issues. Was not too happy with warranty package we bought for our refrig it took three guys coming at three different times to finally fix it I was without a frig for over 6 weeks will not buy a l g appliance again
