Not 1, but TWO (2) washers delivered all banged up!!!?? Tired of sending them back and waiting forever. We are never buying an appliance at Lowe's again!!!

Having THE WORST experience with Lowes in Whitehall right now flooring cannot even get a call for installation spent thousands on flooring just to be transferred and put on hold and promised calls back with NOTHING, really wish we could cancel but of course too late because they already got paid so after that customer service means nothing!
Dave in flooring did a great job with lots of extra effort. However, the Assistant Manager, could have tried a little harder to make things right. Let's see how long I will be going to Home Depot before giving Lowes another chance.
We went in yesterday to buy a freezer. After looking for a sales person for 10 minutes, we were to,d the 2 on the floor were it. They wouldn'the show us any the the computer. We went to Home Depot, where we got excellent and knowledgeable service. The sales girl found us exactly what we were looking for on the computer and even saved us an extra $60. We are hooked on Home Depot from now on.
