Extemely poor customer satisfaction after a kitchen I appliance I bought came damaged. They told me they are sorry and aware of the damage that was done by them but there is nothing they could do about it. Definitely will not be going back to Lowe’s for anything after this.

Shout out to Bob and Tim in seasonal- you are AWESOME!!! We were in your store tonight looking for a specific style torch light. Your website said you had 29. After being told there were none in the store, we ran into Bob. He overheard us trying to decide if we should order on line, or pick another style. He then said there was a new palette of the torches that he could bring down to see if the style we liked was in it. Stay away from them Promise Promise no retune phone calls One giant rip off on service after the sale If there making minimum wage there over paid A 5th grader could do better Spent close to 4 grand and after the sale treated like I spent 50cents

Hands down the ABSOLUTE worst experience ever ordering appliances, getting them delivered, and customer service including us reaching out to corporate and two assistant managers in store. One month later we have our brand new appliances finally delivered because of endless calls and visits to the store with only excuses and unreturned calls and begging! Still waiting on someone to contact us for the install of said appliances. I highly suggest going anywhere else but here and even paying double the price somewhere else to sa... read more

Brought molding from my staircase to see if I could get an exact match. Asked store associate if he had the molding, he takes the molding and breaks it in half, hands it back and says no. I go to customer service tell her that he broke my molding from my staircase and she says glue it it’s no big deal. Worst customer service in the world.

Horrible experience!! I received two emails and a phone call that an online order came in for pick up. Went to the store twice and they couldnt locate it. Called several times and still never heard back. Individuals answering the phone in customer pick up were so unhelpful. I asked for a call back yet again and it never came. Told multiple times they were "checking the truck." Cancelled the order and went to home depot. You've for sure lost a customer. I will go to Home Depot in the future and never return here!
