Re: Appliance Purchase Thanks to John in the appliance dept, I was able to correct the problem with my recent delivery. He listened to me, showed and explained what to do/try, thus fixing the problem and avoiding replacing my purchase. Unfortunately, Wilson, at the customer service desk, seemed annoyed while I was explaining the situation/problem. Perhaps it was just a bad day for him?

Store needs to get its act together regarding delivery. Two different people calling to schedule delivery neither of who knew what the other was doing. Then day of get a call that we need to pay a balance before it is delivered for the delivery fee, which was advertised as free delivery.

Never get any help....I actual walked thru the paint department when there was a 10/40 rebate an not one customer there but me. There were three associates and I over heard them saying something about Home Depot.

Made a carpet purchase and put it on my Lowe's credit card. Installers came and the carpet was from two different lots, hence two different colors. Have been trying two weeks to remedy. The replacement carpet was delivered last Monday (I know because I called them). Still no install, no customer service, etc. They have my old carpet ripped up so I had the choice - I could live with the padding and carpet tacks or the carpet rolled up on my walls. I have always had very positive experiences with Lowes - this sure has changed ... read more

Hired them to install a fence. Paid in full! Materials not delivered by quoted delivery date. No correspondence from Adam or the projects manager. Still waiting...
