just very disappointed that you have refrigerators on sale but they are not in stock most people don't buy them unless they need one in a hurry and of course I need one in a hurry so off to Sears I go
Horrible online order process. Takes forever to get your order after you get there. I was the only one in the line and took over 45 min to get my one small box order. Last time I will order online for this store!! This has happened on every single order I have had.

I paid over $7k for a new roof the beginning of November. I've called twice now asking where the installers are. The first phone call I was told they didn't see a roofing job on order. Today I was told the contractors number has been disconnected and no one calls me back.... Not feeling good about this!
Very disappointed that I can not buy just a lid for a garbage can. I purchased my outdoor trash can there but lost the lid in a storm and now I can't just buy the lid to replace it. Also the staff is not very helpful, first it is difficult to even find someone to ask a question, then I stood at the service desk being ignored while the two women behind the desk just carried on their own personal conversation.
Waited all day Sunday for delivery. Called store at noon time, they said my window was 5-7pm Sun. They never showed up nor did they ever call.
Ordered a small item online and received an email confirmation that it’s ready for pickup. Waited for over 45 minutes at the pickup desk while they looked for it just to be told that they do not have it and will not bill me until they get it in. The issue is that this is an item for the room on my home that is being painted as I type this. We had them start painting when the pick up confirmation came in and now the whole room will have to be redone. Do not go to this location, or any Lowe’s, actually.
